Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservation and payments are as follows: For arrivals less than 60 days from today full payment is required to secure your reservation. For arrival more than 60 day from today a $200.00 deposit is require to secure your reservation and your credit card will be charge for the full balance due 59 days prior to arrival. (Contact us by email customtravelplanning@hotmail.com or Phone: 714-595-1268 if you wish to make other arrangements for final balance payment prior to that date)

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made by email to customtravelplanning@hotmail.com . If the reservation is cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled up to 59 days prior to arrival, all funds will be forfeited unless the unit is re-rented for the total number of days of the original rental, at which point you will only be charged the $50.00 cancellation fee and you will be refunded balance of the paid amount.
